Great service, great food, huge portions and a wonderful atmosphere. The best hamburger & onion rings, Chicken- fried steak and BBQ Ribs. I enjoy riding to this place with my biker group and I enjoy riding the back roads in that area.

We followed our gps to the location which is down a country road and adds to the charm of the sprawling restaurant. We went during spring break and the place was packed. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, but were comfortable at outdoor tables. Once we were called, we were seated at a large picnic table that we ended... More

This place has been here forever. I have been here so many times I know the menu by heart. The food is delicious especially the pig out family plate. They have fish, Bbq, burgers and seafood plus much more. The deserts are too die for try the homemade bread pudding. They have live music on the weekends and plenty of seating.... More

As most of the reviews state, amazing food and friendly atmosphere over all. Of course there's a wait when you choose to go at 6:00 on a Saturday night. We had to try the onion rings and of course they were exceptional. I had the small chicken fried steak and my wife had the one meat plate of ribs. We... More

Was a little off the beaten path, but SO worth it! This was an amazing hangout, friendly people, happy waitstaff, and awesome food. We loved the atmosphere and the live band. There was a group of 6 and we ordered the "Pig-Out" platter for 4. Everything was good!!! And we left with 3 take-out containers. The portions are very large,... More

Great burgers the size of a bus, fish fried like they know their business, and desserts to share. Wait staff is fantastic, we ask for Laura! Be prepared to wait, that means, come with people you like and get ready to share a long evening.

About 10 minutes outside of downtown Glen Rose. No, your GPS is not taking you the wrong way. It is in the middle of nowhere down a country road. They are popular so get there early or be prepared to wait. We only waited about 20 minutes but have heard of a 2-3 hour wait. Outside waiting with tables and... More

Unique Texas Flair! Nothing fancy about this place, but, plenty of rustic atmosphere with wood shavings on the floor and country music. We stopped in for a "snack". My other half ordered the Small Burger ~ which it isn't. It was huge and delicious. I ordered the one meat plate - pulled pork with delicious cole slaw and onion rings.... More
