Great food and wait staff in Granbury. Wait staff treats you like family. A little hard to get a table at times but it is worth the wait. I have only been there once for lunch and it was great also. This restaurant know the value in great prices and personal service.

Foods good. Typical country fare. Great heavy breakfast and lunches. Been in Granbury a long time serving great pie and chicken fried steaks.

Our group went for breakfast. The menu has great selections, prices are extremely reasonable and your coffee cup is never empty. We all had different entrees. The portions are huge and could be shared. The pancakes are the size of a large dinner plate. The omelets were all very good. All of the servers were friendly and efficient. This place... More

You know those places that know how to handle a crowd? This is one of those places. Everyone is moving fast and helping each other. Food is a good value. M-F special is 5 bucks. Food is good but it's not going to blow you away. Family friendly.

Brought my wife here for breakfast on a Saturday. Place was busy, but not packed. She ordered the Firehouse Scrambler ($5.25), and I ordered the pork chops and eggs breakfast ($6.99). Mine came with hash browns and a biscuit and gravy. The grilled pork chop had almost no flavor, but the fried one had more. Overall it was pretty good.... More

Stopped in for lunch and was pleased with the food and atmosphere. This is one of the places the locals hit up with friends and family. This is not a place to come if you are in a big hurry as the food is prepared fresh and they get quite busy. Worth the wait.

This place is always packed, always good and always has decent food at a reasonable price. Daily specials are a fair deal as well. Local favorite....you'll see someone you know...

We eat at the Firehouse Cafe every Sunday after church. No matter your choice it will be a winner. On this day my husband had the cheese omelet with chili biscuits and gravy, hash browns , green salsa. I had two eggs over medium, biscuits and gravy, hash browns and red salsa. Always plenty of hot coffee and friendly service... More

There was a line of people waiting to be served and the place was packed. It looks like this is a favorite local hangout. But we really weren't impressed with the food. We ordered traditional bacon, eggs, and biscuits - they didn't taste very good. I ordered a waffle - it was heavy, thin, and dry. We walked away shaking... More

Nothing fancy here. Just good home-cooked food at very reasonable prices. The place is usually very busy, for obvious reasons. Friendly wait staff, fast service and darn good food.
