My wife and I really enjoyed the Gyro Plate. Very tender, awesome taste, great service. The roasted potatoes we great as was the Greek salad. Don't forget to try the Backlave. We tried the coconut and chocolate, both were to die for. We will be back soon.

Sokol's, a front restaurant is found tucked away in a strip mall. There is a wonderful painted mural on the far wall when you enter. It is very casual and they do servewine and beer. The food was wonderful. We started with the spinach pie appetizer which was flaky and tasty. This was followed by a crisp Greek salad with... More

It's amazing authentic food and nice portions.. My favorite part it's that a UH alumni is the owner and creates all the specials on the menu!

My wife and I have been stopping in and eating the Gyro sandwich plate for the last couple of months. Whether you get it with a salad or the roasted potatoes, you will be glad you did.

This is one of a handful of my 'favorite' go-to restaurants in the Clear Lake area. The owner rubs some people the wrong way but not me. He's such a character - he cracks me up! I love their chicken gyro and their lemon potatoes are the best in the area....none of the other Mediterranean eateries in the area even... More

Recent update and change in ownership, but same great food that I have been having for 7+ years now. So I am very happy that they are still around. I have had lots of Gyro meat and I still find this the best around, outside of going to other large cities. Definitely some original recipes. I have also had the... More

Our first visit was pretty good. We ordered a sampler platter- it was just "okay". Everything tasted very fresh - but I didn't care for whatever herb they used in many of the items. The gyro, however, was absolutely DELICIOUS - and we will be back for that!

As one of Mediterranean origin, raised on all of med cuisine, this is by far the worst attempt at this food genre I've ever seen. Aside from the roaches dead and alive observed in the dining area, observation of a nasty looking kitchen, a bigoted opinionated owner behind the cash register berating my lunch friend wearing a kippah about his... I came in accidentally - I ordered 'to go' food, with the intent of getting it at another Greek deli on Bay Area Blvd in Nassau Bay. When I arrived to the one at Nassau Bay, they told me of my mistake, said it was most likely the Greek Deli (I called, it was) and we both had a laugh.... More
