They have been doing Mexican food for a long time. That speaks to the quality of their food and service. I had the chicken quesadillas. The chicken was really tasty with a lovely smoky grilled flavor. I have visited them multiple times. I can also recommend the fajitas and the jose's queso dip. The margaritas are perfect.

Accompanied by client, who ordered the taco salad with fajita beef; found it to be excellent and was particularly pleased that the salad greens were cut small enough not to hang off the fork or require a knife; free pralines arrived with the bill.

This spot was welcoming, full of atmosphere--whether inside or out on the patio--the food was top notch and the service, yes, perfect.

with so many Mexican food places in the area, its hard to stick out. Molina's had no problem there. The burritos are to die for, and its just good Mexican food. PERIOD. It is a BIT more prices than some of the other places around but also cheaper than El Tiempo by far.

This restaurant is known for its amazing queso, but many of it's other items are great too. I recommend the carnitas or the fajitas.

If you are looking for authentic Tex-Mex you have to go to Molina's. The Enchiladas Tejas are the real deal. The enchiladas are covered in chile con carne, not red sauce...if you want red sauce they have it. However, for people of a certain age, we know that enchiladas with chile con carne, rice, and refried beans is the "real"... More
