The service it's outstanding BUT the pasta wasn't fresh made. Pasta al vongole and pasta pomodoro really bad!

If you're looking for your typical spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, or other pasta… Arcodoro is not your place. If you're in for a wonderful evening and uncrowded space it's fine lamb or veal then Arcodoro is for you. Located right across the street from the galleria a great hideaway with outdoor dining after shopping or before. Be sure and ask... More
Very Good italian restaurant. The food is tasteful and the price is attractive. Very Good Italian music. The service is very good as well.
Thank you Fernando for sharing your good experience at Arcodoro with the Trip Advisor community. We are looking forward to you visiting again soon. Think about joining us on New Years Eve. We have a great party planned! Best, Lori Farris More
It's difficult to find an exceptional restaurant in Houston, because so many offer high quality ingredients, rich flavors, and reasonable prices. Service is one of the few areas a restaurant can shine or fail. The attentive staff made our evening enjoyable with pleasant interactions such as questions about the event we were attending, and thorough explanation of the menu. While... More
Met an old college classmate for dinner while in Houston. Was staying in the Galleria area, so he took me to Arcodoro. Great location, great service, and the food was outrageous!! We had the Tuna Tartare appetizer and I had the Salmon seafood special with Risotto. We had to leave early to pick up another member of the party, so... More
In a city that has excellent restaurants, from old time gems, to neighborhood hang outs, to perfect concept restaurants, Arcodoro is way behind the curve. It looks and feels like a charmless Florida, plaster made, faux Tuscan you find on every tourist corner and strip mall. We had a hard time finding something on the menu that actually sounded good... We came in for an early dinner and therefore we were seated right away. We sat outside as the cool breeze was very suitable for such. We ordered the Sardinian sampler appetizers for starters. Good but certainly not spectacular. For dinner we ordered the Linguini with clams and the Margherita pizza. The linguini had a good flavor but the clams... More
Had a business dinner and was thoroughly pleased with the impeccable food and service we experienced. The food was superb and fresh. Our group shared meals and I can highly recommend the lamb, bone in filet, sole, veal, and lobster. With that said, the lamb was done to perfection and my favorite.
Thank you Don for sharing your review with the Trip Advisor Community. We enjoyed having you and looking forward to many more times you "break bread" at Arcodoro. My favorite is the lamb as well but the Dover Sole is a close second. More
Like the previous reviewer, I had the Sardinian tasting menu during HRW. Granted, I went on the Saturday of the Labor Day Weekend, so I shouldn't have expected much. I was seated in Siberia on what was supposed to be a patio. I had the same menu as described - my tuna was also missing the cannellini beans which are... More
Arcodero is an Italian and Sardinian restaurant in Post Oak Center. I had talked my friends into coming here during Houston Restaurant Weeks because I wanted to try their Sardinian tasting menu. We all ordered it and we all were disappointed. I have never been to Sardinia so the food may have been authentic, but if so, it is nothing... More
