This is my family's go to Chinese restaurant when we want to eat in. The staff are always friendly and the food is always cooked well! I have eaten almost the entire menu and never have I been disappointed.

Found the place through good online reviews and stopped. The staff was very friendly & accommodating (closing shades without asking to prevent glare, attentive, etc). It seemed like they had quite a few regulars based on the conversations I heard. The food was excellent -- I'm not a fan of seafood, but the "fish buns" were my favorite by far.... More

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for almost 30 years, since my sister's kids were little. That's way back when they were in a shopping strip behind the Memorial Hermann Hospital at Memorial City (now they're on I-10 feeder just east of Hwy 6). The owner still recognizes us when we come in and always makes... More

This restaurant is a little pricey, but the food is not your average American Chinese fare. It is fresh and a little more authentic, but absolutely delicious. I loved the fried rice!

Food was so so. Very expensive and the portions were too small for what we paid. We complained that a dish was too spicy to eat and nothing was done. Will not go back.

The lunch buffet salad and entrees are satisfactory! Nothing spectacular but worth the money! If you're on the west side of Houston and in a hurry, North China will fill the bill!

Chinese restaurant with good food and quick service. Great location with easy access off the Katy Freeway. The pot stickers and beef & broccoli are excellent
