This was our first visit to the establishment and it was definitely enjoyable. The waitress was very helpful. The food was pretty good. We tried the fried alligator, the seafood gumbo with sausage, the creole platter, and the shrimp and chicken pasta. But for whatever reason I fell in love with the garlic bread. The only problem was I didn't... More

A few things to update. The popular lunch menu has been inexplicably torpedoed, and several customer favorites have disappeared. No more gumbo bowl, healthy grilled fish lunch platter, combos, etc. The new menu has been pared down to a large double-sided paper menu. It does not have a lunch menu anymore. Yesterday I had lunch there and listened to a... More

First time eating here and it was not a mistake. We had a party of 5 and were seated as soon as we walked in. The waiter was polite and well informed with items on the menu. He made a few great selections like the alligator tail, gumbo and shrimp. I took his advice and the alligator tail and fried... More

When it's crawfish season I tend to come here, not too spicy but just enough to enjoy it and my crawfish are usually the jumbo size.

We like everything we have ever ordered. We like the sampler appetizer because it has a little of everything. My husband also likes the hurricanes. Go figure😀

We love to eat creole and Cajun food here. We enjoy the seafood gumbo (dirty and good) and the fried crawfish. During crawfish season, the mudbugs are the best!

I have finally discovered an authentic New Orleans restaurant in NW Houston/Cypress. Second visit in a week. Gumbo is truly started with a roux. There are so many gumbo imposters in Houston. The po' boys are on real French bread. The seafood is fresh and respected. Added to the gumbo last as it should be. Real crab not the Krab... More

Being the first time in this New Orleans style restaurant, the food was awesome, they really capture the essence of creole cuisine, my memories ran a muck of our vacation through NOLA,, best of all was the prices on the menu they are reasonable and won't break the bank for some great creole cooking
