We live in Hunt and there aren't many options for us to eat... like 2, but we couldn't be happier. The menu has a great selection and if you don't see it on the menu, ask the chef if he can prepare something off the menu. Chef Blaas is super talented! The Hunt Store has a wonderful casual environment not... More

We had a Sunday breakfast here. You can choose (by where you sit) self serve or finer dining. The place is located in an old fashion general store complete with a bank branch inside. Everyone was friendly and the food was quite good.

Good food and interesting atmosphere. Eat indoors or outside, weather permitting. Beautiful drive along the Guadalupe River. Tourist area for sure.

Second visit to the Hunt Cafe within the last week. 1st visit was burgers and fries. They were delicious, fresh veggies, thick patty and cooked to perfection. Great flavor! Their fries are really good also. They dip them into something before frying. So good! 2nd visit was the lunch specials. Huge chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, sauteed veggies... Its the first time the Store has had really good quality food. My family has been going to that store for 80 years and the food has never been better. The Bone In pork chops are to die for and the grilled Salmon is perfectly cooked, every time we go! Plus the store is well managed and has a 5... More

We came out of the twisted sisters ride down to river level and it was hot and we needed Gas and cooling offl Great place to do both. Great little store, from the outside it fools you. But when you go inside it is huge. Got gas, which was a little high, but look were you are.... Snacks and drinks,... More

We did not visit the Hunt Rock Store to intentionally evaluate their hamburgerr, but if you appreciate a good burger, you need to put this place on the map. It is a quasi country store/burger, and other sandwiches but the Hamburger is the Bestest!! The meat was lean, not over cooked, bread griddle warmed, fresh Veg's and cooked to order.... More

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh. I can't believe that there is fine dining in Hunt! We stopped into this place that looked like a country store and found a cozy dining room with white table cloths and candles. The service was friendly, and the food yummy. We had the Or chop which was possibly the best one ever.

In town to pick up our daughter from camp. We went there to grab some dinner before the ceremonies started. Great place to grab snacks or drinks. Also, a great menu.
