We ate here on Wednesday evening. The food was good, the service was excellent. Why the "2" rating? It had main entrance in the front that deadbolted locked and the door handle had even been removed. No concern for customer safety. I realize this is Jefferson, Texas but even here a little common sense would a long ways. We won't... More

A nice representation of the brand. Easy off and on the highway, its the standards Dairy Queen ice cream, just yummy for sure. Clean and a nice and friendly server.

To save time, we decided to eat lunch at the Dairy Queen in Jefferson, rather than one of the many restaurants that would have required a longer wait. It was a good decision. Staff was friendly and efficient. Our food was brought to our table in no time, and it was quite good. Dairy Queen, fast and friendly in Jefferson.

Can't go wrong on a Friday. Night at the DQ! It's a Texas thing. No Friday night football this late in the year but still the same good cones for the last 40 years.

Ordered food for 2 adults and 2 kids, and they got it all correct. Kids liked their lunches and ate everything, Gram and Grampa had typically delicious DQ burgers. Love that Jalitos Ranch.

Walked in thinking we might get some frozen treats. Decided on just drinks after we stood there for a few minutes and not one employee acknowledged us. Not a hello, I'll be right with you, nothing. No reason for bad customer service.

The facility was newer and clean. The service was average. We had chicken strips and they were obviously prepared when we ordered them. They were hot, fresh and good. The iced tea was very good and seemed freshly made. It was a typical Dairy Queen but overall we left very satisfied.

I went to Dairy Queen today to get a s'more blizzard. I was going to bring some to work for co workers. I asked for a large one. I asked if after the make it in their cup if they could put it in a styrofoam cup so it wouldn't melt on the 20 mile trip to work. They said... More

The service here isn't the fastest in the world but the treats are good and welcome after an often hot day.

The staff is the least friendly and productive I've ever seen. They act like I'm bothering them every time I come in. I never see a smile. The food takes forever but isn't terrible. I do love the blizzards!
