Hadn't been in Cotton Patch in quite awhile and decided to visit for dinner. After getting seated i noticed we were sitting next to a filthy bucket, broom, and dust pan. I was planning on asking our server to seat us at a different table but we had to wait quite awhile just to be greeted and offered a drink... More

Had the chicken fried chicken lunch and bacon cheese fries appetizer. Chicken fried chicken was cooked well and had a good flavor. Some of the best okra I have had in a long time. The garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. The bacon cheese fries came with ranch which was a good dipping sauce for them. Service was quick and had... More

I live in the town where Cotton Patch's creator opened his first store and it's still going strong! That said my local store is the yardstick by which I measure all other locations. While the food at most locations is usually less than comparable but edible it seems to be the decor and atmosphere always pales in comparison to my... More

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and it took forever. Driving through and decided to stop. The waiter barley came by and the food took forever. We got rolls with our meal not beforehand. Wasn't too impressed.

Friendly service. The food is average and the atmosphere is inviting. It was extremely cold! I felt like I needed a snow suit. My food arrived and looked grrr but the bowel was dirty and had a crusty substance on it (yuck!). They were prompt to address it and I was not charged for it.

Friendly greeting from hostess. Short wait. Slow service from wait staff. Food delivered quick after our waiter assigned and took our order. Salmon dinner exceptionally good. All vegetables fresh and cooked to perfection- love that broccoli. Pot roast just like Mom used to make on Sunday. Rolls delicious. Fried green tomatoes- oh yeah their yummy.

This was our first experience here after being highly recommended by a close friend. Guess it must have been a bad Saturday because we had unfavorable experiences all around. The servers all appeared to have just crawled out of bed with wrinkled clothing and hair flying everywhere. Our server was not able to answer three different questions we posed about... More
