I'm glad this place as a loyal following. It didn't impress me. Family didn't like it either. They didn't finish it or want to take leftovers home. Guess it's not our thing. Good service and the remodel is nicely done.

Pretty good Tex Mex food. I had 2 beef and bean chalupas. Crispy corn tortilla piled high with beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. Hubby had 2 tacos with rice and beans. Lots of carne asada in each taco. Great value

I was staying at the Knights Inn in Slaton while on the way to Austin. Not a lot of food options here; Sonic, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and a Supermarket. I wasn't expecting much, just hoping for something kind of decent. But it smelled great walking...More

My daughter had been raving about the good meals that she was eating at Arandas. So, we decided to try it on her recommendation. We are so glad that we did! We found the food to be very good! It is a family type restaurant,...More

Out doing errands and had a Migas crave Their Migas are some of the best in Lubbock. Eggs cooked just tight with peppers, onions and chips. Lots of refritos and potatoes. Lots of food at a reasonable price

We meet for lunch here at least every other week. The lunch tacos are "deliciosos". We have tried several things... enchiladas, caldo, tripas, menudo... it has always been great.

We met for breakfast here: don't let the outside deceive you. The breakfast tacos are delicious and priced cheap! The service is a little awkward, they were not so welcoming to us but it could have been the language barrier between us and our waitress....More

Stopped in for late breakfast. I had the Migas with refritos. Very good with the tortilla chips still crispy not soggy. Hubby had a breakfast burrito which he said was good also. Food tastes like genuine Tex Mex. Fast service in a clean facility.

This building has been around for years. Believe it was originally built in the 1950-1960 time period as a Whataburger. Since its beginning it has been many different restaurants and none lasted. It seems this is here to stay. We have ate there several times...More

Drove by while I was in my car this morning, and was rewarded with an outstanding breakfast burrito. The burritos are HUGE, and they bring you enough salsa to enjoy with the entire burrito. Very friendly and helpful staff.
