Ordered the Barbacoa, chimichanga and a beef sombrero. All were very good. A lot of food. Could have used a few more tortillas.

Very good Mexican right here in Texas. The portions are more then generous. All the usual Mexican dishes prepared just right. In a city filled with Mexican Cuisine, this is one of the best.
This is a locally owned and run restaurant. I ordered the Enchiladas Poblanas with Mole Sauce and they were fantastic. I wanted to lick my plate. Service was good.
Not a fancy restaurant but definitely a local hot spot. Food was served hot and the portions were very generous. Flavor was excellent and very well cooked. A definite must visit restaurant when in the RGV.
We had a Saturday morning family breakfast at Zamora's. They have an extensive menu of breakfast plates and tacos. The prices are very reasonable. The wait staff was attentive and kept our coffee cups filled. Easy to find location.

We love Zamora's Restaurant. Recently a BBQ Brisket plate has been added to the menu on Fridays and it is amazing. Best brisket around. Way better than Rudy's or the other bbq restaurants around here. I hope it becomes a regular menu item.
