We had a private room for 2, conviently located over the kitchen, a good wake up call at 5am. The food was fine. A highlight was a Maya artist painting 2 large ancient figures on a wall.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a nice stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Although I had some very uncomfortable sheets, which I had to ask to be changed, they duly obliged. The staff were helpful and very nice. The food here...More

To be fair, we weren't particularly delighted by Flores, which clearly caters to low budget travelers and, consequently, was surrounded by mediocre places. We came here because it was listed on Trip Advisor as a vegetarian friendly place and I can't imagine why. There were...More

A trippy decorated place :) We just ordered a coffee for 7 qtz (real "dropped" one) and the waitress offered us a wi fi code. It was really early 6:15 ... All other places were closed.

It was bad enough that they did not include coffee with breakfast, but then they charged us full price for refills. Our bill for coffee alone ended up being as much as the breakfast. The Supremo breakfast was not at all Supreme; avoid this place...More

A delightfully decorated/painted/muraled hostel/restaurant that delivers an excellent backpacker's vibe and a menu with several Mayan style dishes. I got the Fish special and it was delightful. The fish was pan-fried lightly and perfectly, covered with a generous salsa-like tomato topping. Their chips and salsa...More

I tried a number of dishes here during my three night stay at the hostel, and each one looked and tasted delicious. Whoever is working in the kitchen has a very good eye for presentation. The prices are very reasonable considering the presentation and quantity....More

We were at this restaurant for dinner; it came highly recommended through reviews and our guides too. The ambiance of the place was very casual and had a bohemian vibe to it. The walls were adorned with beautiful paintings of the jungle. There was a...More
