Dining room is clean, well appointed and spacious. Food was delicious, good choice of wines and very good and pleasant service.

Beautiful setting but the vegetarian choice is poor. Three starter dishes and none from the mains selection, although they did make an (average) omelette on request. Would have expected far more for the price.

The dining room beamed ceiling is quite beautiful, the local food is good, including a pork stew that has large chunks of juicy and tender meat. As usual, service is good and helpful.

The food, as with all Paradores, is representative of the locality. It was presented well, tasted good and was imaginative. The service was timely and friendly. Well worth a visit.

Paradores are a reference as historical hotels in Spain and the Parador of Almagro is a great place to stay. Full of character, nice and comfortable rooms, great service. Another Parador we have enjoyed very much.
