Just ate here for Lunch today. I had a Greek Village Salad and some fete Cheese and Crackers with my Gyro. Ummmmmm, NOT exactly how it was on the Menu, but how I dressed it up for me. Great and Quick Service. Kind and just as Quick to get it out to us. Gotta Love Lamb. Thank you. My Lunch... More

The owner quickly sat us and they took order quickly as wel and the food was preoared quickly for a group of 30. We ate and enjoyed each others company all within an hour. Lunch specials are well priced and the food is authentic as you can get.

I am very surprised at the wonderful food and service! All items ordered were made fresh and sauces were not required to enjoy the food. Rather the sauce was an extra bonus to the food. Service staff very polite and attentive. The owner greets guests and is happy to visit about the food and genuine interest in his customers.

We were here two years ago visiting family and stopped here to eat. We are back and town and couldn't wait to try it again. It was as good as we remembered! My husband stuck with the gyro and I tried the lamb shank. Both were amazing! A must try!

Have been to this restaurant multiple times and yet I keep coming back, so that must say something. I love their dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), the spanokopita and most certainly their gyro sandwich plate. If you want a change to the typical american fare, try this place.

Don't let the parking lot fool you! Once inside, the sound of authentic music and courteous wait staff adds to the experience. We chose to sit on the patio this last visit. Food delivered on time and hot. Kids loved their selection. We have followed this family owned restaurant from their previous location. You will not be disappointed.

Looking for authentic Mediterranean food?! Well, even if you're not looking for it, you've got to try Atheneos! We were "just passing through" from Lubbock, TX, on our way to Arkansas and we were hungry. Local TripAdvisor said Atheneos was #4 in Mesquite, TX. After stopping by, we think Atheneos is hands down the #1 stop for dining. Down to... More

There are two Greek food restaurants in Mesquite - each with their own specialties. I love them both, but this one is the first and dearest to my food loves. The hummus is a must, the gyros and salads are very fresh and prepared well. Service is a little slow, which is why I gave it "very good," instead of... More
