Went there the week of March 19th, weekday evening and the place was crowded, but the waitstaff was prompt and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was yummy. Would eat there again and again.

The three sisters that own the place are hands on and a complete "trip". The service is great, sushi is impeccable. I love this place, no complaints.

Very expensive and small portions. Food was excellent and service was overboard. Probably best sushi in town.

According to the reviews, this was a friendly, great spot for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. I review throughout my travels, and I have never experienced such atrocities in a restaurant. My reviews always focus on the positive with a brief comment for improvement, if needed. There was nothing I could find to focus on as a... More

It is expensive, but the food and service is good. The only thing is that they give too much attention and you can't talk or eat peacefully, they keep coming every second to take used dishes, or refill your glass of water. They should do it with a larger interval.

Had edamame, egg drop and hot and spicy soups. Hubby had the 4 different proteins (can't think of the name) with broccoli, daughter had cucumber roll and I had shrimp 2 ways. Everything was incredible! So why 4 stars? It's very expensive - no drinks or dessert and the bill was $62 and that doesn't include the tip.

Had lunch at this restaurant at the sushi bar. The sushi was fresh and tasty. There is a large selection of rolls. The specialty rolls are all deep fried so take that in consideration if you are a true sushi lover.

I was spending the day with my friend and her daughter for lunch and shopping. Prior to coming down she asked me what is my favorite food. Being a newer friend, that is crazy question to ask. I am a foodie and I can't pick just one food so I decided on sushi. I hadn't had it much since moving... More

This is our "go to" spot for sushi in NB. The owners are very friendly and the staff is great. Sushi is fresh and very flavorful. The have regular size and big rolls, both of which are reasonably priced. The egg drop soup and fried rice is amazing! They also have Lucky Buda beer! If you're looking for sushi this... More

Description
This is a fairly new Sushi Bar and Asian Bistro that opened July 2009.
We went for the first time this last Saturday night, Jan. 16, 2010. The place was great - we're from Houston and we know great restuarants and this one is great for a small city like New Braunfels. Nicely decorated with an attentive owner and staff. I'm not much on Sushi but the young people from Austin, Tx. that we were with said it was very good. They also served Chinese dishes like "Happy Family" and General Tso's as well as Japanese tempura and teriyaki specialties. The Shrimp eggrolls and miso soup were good and the portions quite large - my husband and I split a meal and an order of eggrolls and we were stuffed. Anyway, great new place and needed in New Braunfels. I hope the owner does well!
