Even though Frankie's is a little off the beaten path, it is well worth it. It is in a tiny building, has 6 tables indoors and two picnic tables outdoors. If you want to eat there, go early for the meal you choose: breakfast or lunch (no dinner). While the place is unassuming, the food is exquisite. It is down-home... More

Went for breakfast with my wife and 5 kids. It's a small place so we had to wait about 20 minutes but it was worth the wait! After placing our order we had another wait. With hungry and anxious kids the wait staff bailed us out (unsolicited) by bringing over some sliced bananas and vanilla wafers. They were a hit!... More

This place hands down is the best place to eat, and it's apparent by the amount of people who wait to get a seat! Everything is made fresh and to order and is delicious. Cash only, so hit the ATM first.

Found this palce by chance. The food is great and home styled. There is a salad bar for the salad eater. Specials are usually fresh caught seafood. Great breakfast.

They were out of hamburgers (close to closing) and we almost left when discovered the "Breakfast served ALL DAY" (till they close at 3PM). Superior Shrimp Omelet- flavored with diced green onions and garlic, generous with shrimp, wonderful deep fried(peanut oil) potatoes and onions, biscuit melts in your mouth. The BLT was marvelous also. Must come back next trip.

This place was by far the best breakfast food I've ever tasted! The biscuits were homemade, and the pancakes are to die for. The place is VERY small, they have about 6 tables. Me and my husband were seated with with another party of 3 at the big round table, but we didn't mind. The food was excellent, and they... More

So this is I think my third review for this BBQ joint with Frankies Kitchen. Its no longer just a little pit in the back. The pits are all screened in now and the building has some really cute paintings. Anyways, I was afraid to eat anything called a Frankenstein taco...Lance talked me into it and I am SOOOOO glad... Worth the wait. Cash only. Great food, about 6 or 7 tables because Frankie is the only cook! The country breakfast with pancakes and berries is the best!

From other reviews I decided to try the shrimp omelette and was very glad I did. The shrimp were very sweet tasting. But the best discovery was Lance's barbecue shack out back. Like Frankie, he only serves on weekends but unlike Frankie's daytime hours, Lance starts serving around 6 pm and ends after bar closing time. He serves brisket, pulled... More
