Clean, good service, steak tips were cooked perfectly with my steak tips and eggs. They allow substitution for the pancakes in case you can't do gluten.

The food at this location is perfect. The waffles are wonderful, the pancakes light and fluffy, egg dishes cooked as ordered. Service is very good, and staff is pleasant, even when busy, and they usually are.
The staff here is great. Food is good, but the bill adds up fast. It seems we are always surprised at how much more it is compared to what we were expecting as we ordered.
We have given this IHOP several chances and they continue to disappoint. the service is slow, they rarely get an order correct, the food doesn't come out all at the same time and it was cold.

IHOP is traditionally known for taking prolonged timebforbfood to arrive with larger parties of say 8-10 people. Took them an hour to prepare basic egg/pancake combo plates for 8 of us...very very slow. Staff didn't seem to care much on service to their customers.
