Migas at Manuel's is a must every time I visit SPI. No tex-mex here. Fresh tortillas and hot salsa with this traditional egg dish is a breakfast divine. Gets very crowded on weekends.

THE BEST breakfast ever! Nice, family atmosphere. The food is amazing. My in-laws visit this place a few times a year, and the staff always remember them. The food was so good and the servings are immense!
