I had the chorizo with scrambled eggs and potatoes. The meal also came with three tortillas. The food came out fairly quick and it was a huge portion . I would definitely recommend this restaurant to other travelers in the area

Hot Pancake is a nice place to have a cheap breakfast. The Staff is nice and friendly and the food is good.
My wife enjoyed a late breakfast - food was very good, and prepared how we requested it. The service was friendly and helpful.
