This place is great; the atmosphere is very laid-back, the staff very attentive, and the menu quite expansive (they have sushi, sashimi, and other dishes like Pad Thai & Ramen). I had the Round Rock--was craving sushi--and it was impeccable. Will definitely be back here.

Difficult to spot unless you know it's there but Beluga serves up really good sushi and has a massive roll selection. Plenty of parking, tons of seating and always friendly 'n' helpful wait staff. I've never sat at the bar but it looks cool! Very good prices too!

Nice ambiance and a pleasant place to visit, but the quality of food has dropped since my previous visit a year ago. The service was great and most accommodating, but I will think twice about visiting the restaurant in future because of my disappointment in the quality of preparations.

the ahi tower is super good. if i am low carbing, i order it without rice. they're happy to do that for me and it's just as good, albeit a smaller portion... i have ordered my favorite rolls sans rice too - and yummm. the staff is always kind and pretty attentive. this has been reliable go to for me... This restaurant has an appealing decode and ambiance. The waitstaff was pleasant. The problem is the food and menu. Most of the menu excluded raw fish sushi and sashimi. Heavy reliance on soy sauce, dousing edamame, for example. Nice cocktail selection, but if you crave authentic Japanese food, you will leave disappointed and still craving Japanese.

This is a two person review. We came for lunch and had the Bento box. Appetizer - Chili Escolar was good but too much Jalapeno. Osaka Mansun in Austin has an excellent version of this that is much better. Rib Bento Box - The sald was under dressed, the egg rolls were cold and the rib meat was so tough... More

I used to eat here regularly when I lived in Round Rock. I haven't visited this restaurant in about 4 years. I'm sad to say that Beluga sushi has gone downhill. The restaurant was completely empty during happy hour, which is never good. The menu is pretty extensive, in fact a bit to extensive. To many sushi rolls with quality... More

Really good sushi. Had gone all you can eat lunch on Sunday, $40 per person. Well worth it! The ahi tuna tower and jalapeño pops are a must order. No mochi ice cream on the all you can menu though :(

My son and I went to Beluga this weekend to try out the Happy Hour Specials. We had the California Roll, shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura, egg rolls, and the ramen soup. Everything was fresh and delicious. There were only a few people dining at 4:00pm, so we basically had the whole place to ourselves. As a result, the waiter was... More

Big selection, every roll we tried has been super. Garlic edamame a must. The ramen is just ok. Good service.
