The food was great, the staff was wonderful. The price for three after having two starters, two main dishes, 3 margaritas, a bottle of water and Dr Pepper was $80. We took food home there was so much on each plate.

Valdos is situated on a small waterfront area with 2 other restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sunset. The portions of food are very generous and tasty. The crab cakes appetizer was sufficient for a meal, especially with their delicious bread. The fish tacos were also enjoyed at our table and the portion was huge! The... More

We were staying in the area and this was close to our hotel and looked to have a nice water front view. The bars next door were buzzing but this restaurant was dead (it was a Tuesday evening). Decor was dated and paint flaking however food was quick and well presented We had calamari and popcorn shrimp followed by a... More

I have been going to valdos since their location in san leon tx. Both locations rock and are awsome. seafood marisco is bomb. Make sure to get one of the mexican martinis. they rock too. ice cold beers.

Some good reviews on here so I was looking forward to as good an experience as we had yesterday at Outriggers... but we def did not. You could tell they tried but it just wasn't good enough to meet our expectations. Bread was warm and fresh but again a let down. Sorry.

This might be trivial, but their bread is awesome. The fried calamari is really tasty, and the red snapper fillet was amazing. It was seasoned well and cooked perfectly.

Like other reviews, I do not understand why there are so few people here on a Monday evening. Food is excellent, staff cannot be friendlier and prices are reasonable. This is the trifecta of value when traveling.

We visited this restaurant after a bridal shower at the wine bar next door (would also recommend) last weekend and were very pleasantly surprised. I'm pretty skeptical about seafood in restaurants because it usually ends up pretty disappointing but my fish was delicious! The serving was more than enough for two, and I don't even really like bread, but theirs... More

We went to this restaurant on MLK's Day, and it was wonderful. I can't say a negative thing about the experience, though it needs more customers. We almost had the place to ourselves. Hopefully this was it was a Monday evening. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The only dessert we tried was bread pudding, and it was... More
