Big BBQ brisket and chip beef sandwiches. Great coleslaw, onion rings and fries. Deserts are home made tasting and have really nice crusts. Sandy was a great server and our family had a great time chatting with her.

My wife and I and our daughter and her family went here on a Friday evening to enjoy some fish. We ordered, received our drinks, and about 15 minutes later we were told they were out of fish and would we like to order something else. We didn't drive out there for something else but for fish. Sad thing is... More

Started with the nacho supreme. We could have stopped there ! They were delicious and the serving size fed 3 of us. It was s meal! But we had ordered the BBQ combo plates and the patty melt Swiss. The Swiss patty melt come with homemade onion rings!!!!!!! They are beyond description. I was in onion ring heaven. My Swiss... More

Rode out from Seguin on a very windy day for a piece of lemon pie which was quite good and really hit the spot. Walked back outside and had a flat on my bike but no pump. Went back inside for a cup of coffee and to wait for my friend to pick me up. Really bummed! I had been... More

We all had either regular burgers or mushroom burgers, and all were excellent. Their burger basket included either onion rings or frys. We preferred the frys. The onion rings had very little batter on them and were some what oily. The french fries were really excellent. The mushroom burgers had grilled onions and mushrooms on top of a really nice... More

Home Cooking at its finest! The homemade pies and cobblers make it perfect. It's a hidden gem of a place. I had the hamburger and onion rings. We also had the chicken fried steak which was very well prepared.

I'm one of those friendly cyclists who looks like they should not be riding a bike in "Tights". I enjoy cycling on a locally known ride which is referred to as the "Pie Ride". We start at Brietzke's Cafe' and head out then back on 3 or 4 different roads (slices) and end up back at the cafe' (middle of... More

It is a neighborhood restaurant. The cooking is home style. Its a family atmosphere. The roast on Sundays is better than my mother used to make. Your ice tea is always kept full and the staff is friendly and helpful.

A group of us were cycling out of new Berlin and aftwards went here for lunch. Everything was very good. All home cooking and hardy fare but they have salads too. Daily special when we went were the country style ribs. Those that had them really enjoyed them. Leave room for the wonderful house made pies! Recommend you visit!

By friend and I cycled in the New Berlin area and parked at this restaurant. Our ride was great and only marred by an angry man with a poor sense of the law regarding cyclists. When we finished we decided to try the cafe out. The sign mentioned Country Style Ribs on Saturday and I ordered them. They were delicious--no... More
