Basically a Mexican Restaurant with American dishes. All us freshly made and served by friendly people. Reported to be one of John Maddens stop bys, it is sports decorated and has a large sports TV. The food is very good. If you are in the area look for the old cars out front and drop in for a beer.

Got the Machaca this time and it was not the deep fried burrito like I've had in AZ. It was veggies and shredded beef cooked together like an omelette. It was very tasty and very filling with the fresh tortillas along side. We were seated right away and our server was attentive and refilled the chips and excellent salsa. The... More

This restaurant had been recommended to us as a fun place to eat. We were disappointed - waitresses were not very friendly and atmosphere was more an old sports memorabilia bar mixed with some Mexican decorations. Margaritas were not very good. The food was ok - enchiladas were the best thing on my combination plate. Overall it wasn't bad but... More

Food was hit and miss. Salsa was good but queso & entrees were mediocre. Gordita and tacos al carbon were the best of our group's choices. Skip the enchiladas. Do NOT order the margarita...it was pink (??) and not good. Service was awful.

Heavy on sports memorabilia. I would call the food perfectly acceptable but not spectacular. But, you won't starve while traveling west Texas!

Wow! The food and service was great! Husband had #1 with enchilada, taco, gordita, rice, and pinto beans, and I had the gordita plate. Yummy! Our meals were $21 plus tip. We'll stop here again!

We were REALLY hungry after a long hike. We ordered the chicken enchiladas to go as we were cold and dirty. We substituted extra rice for the beans they come with. They were tasty and fresh. I only give it a 4 of 5 because I don't feel I know enough about it to give it a 5.
