My fiancee and I stopped here today. The burgers were good, and the shake was tasty. Just make sure you try to go before the 12 o'clock rush (it got busy fast). But overall, it was really good. It is a must try if you like burgers, fries, and shakes.

if you're going for burger and fries, don't stop at a chain! I don't eat beef, but the onion rings and s'more shake........d-lish! Old time charm, juke box, and local history. Not healthy at all, but one stop every five years isn't gonna kill me. I'll be back in 2020.

I've seen the signs for year's traveling to and from Austin, but this time we decided to stop in. The burger was very good in an old school way, but the onion rings were perhaps the best I have ever had.

This little place located on the circle in Waco is just the perfect place for a first date or last date doesn't matter - the Health Camp is just too cozy and "old-fashioned" -- tells a lot about Waco --- can't beat the burgers and milk shakes!

Great burger- special sauce is very good- shakes are excellent. Easy to get to and get back on road. Classic Burger joint! If you get one thing there make it a shake.

We were on our way home from San Antonio to Dallas and decided to stop for a quick burger. We noticed the billboard while on the road and decided to check them out. The place was really crowded and I soon found out why. The onion rings were great, burger was too. My husband had a butter pecan shake yummy. We... More

The shakes and malts are really good. You can choose from almost any flavor you could imagine. The rest of their menu is very average.

My son and I decided to drive down to Waco for a spur of the moment road trip to get out on a nice Saturday. I remembered hearing about Health Camp on a day trippers show years ago and decided we would eat here. Well I can't say much. My son had a cheeseburger, fries and a Big Red. He... More

Health Camp makes the best chocolate & butterscotch shakes in town. The burgers are made with fresh (never frozen) Angus beef. Quick service and a great view of the historic circle while you enjoy a great meal.

Stopped here on our way to Austin. If you are like a good burger, this is your place. The secret sauce has excellent flavor, but don't forget the onion rings!! They are AMAZING! No shakes this visit, but lots of them were being ordered!
