This is a place you can't go wrong! Love the chicken enchiladas with the Boom Boom sauce, the veggie enchiladas, the fajita combos, the combo plate, and any of the chile rellenos. Try their green sauce to dip your chips in. So yummy. There are several different types of sauces you can top your enchiladas with, too. Enjoy the fun... More

The Thursday night special of chicken enchiladas with green sauce, beans and rice were delicious and spicy. The service was efficient. But I was most impressed that the paper bag with our fork & knife had a prayer printed on it. Great way for a family business to bless their patrons.

Came to Waco on business for a week and was staying at hotel next door so figured I'd pop on in to Chuy's as I'm familiar with the chain being from Austin myself. Sat at the bar the first night and was treated with fantastic service by the the bartenders that night, Jimmie and Addison. They were each very attentive... More

The service was great and the food was average. Not terrible, just average Mexican food. Menu pricing is average

Reminds me of the old Chi Chi's chain from the mid 80's. Fun, casual atmosphere and good Mexican food. Nice selection of salsa's to accompany the complementary chips. Margarita and food - steak burrito and a taco salad - was very good.

I am not a real fan of Mexican food, but I ate there a few days ago. The menu is quite extensive, and the selections are well explained. By the size of the lines waiting to get in, It appears the restaurant is quite popular. Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

I had the chicka chicka boom boom with beef. I can never find anything on the menu and those are my favorite. The chicken is tasteless so I get them with beef taco meat. Delicious flavor. Try it!

Love the margaritas not too strong and nicely frozen. The waitress was very professional and checked on us constantly. We started out with the nacho bar everything was nice and hot. When we ordered supper we had had enough nachos that we only split one enchilada dinner. The flavor was fantastic just like my grandmothers. The fun atmosphere just capped... More

It was Baylor parents' weekend and the place was packed so I understand their busy. The servers were trying their best but patience when you're hungry for Chuy's gets the best of you. Anyway, still a good place to eat, big portions, reasonably priced. We'd go back.
