Service was so so. Not a busy time yet very slow service. Food was good but not anything spectacular. Enchiladas were spicy and the Chicken were just okay.

Been here a couple of times now and every time they are packed. The waits have not been to long but well worth it. The service was great, very friendly waitstaff. They food has been excellent and comes out hot and fresh.

We love eating at Chuys in Austin so knew we would enjoy the meal. We had a party of 20 people after Baylor graduation and knew we would have a wait but it wasn't too long and we enjoyed drinks while we waited for our table that was on the patio. We had two servers who kept our chips/salsa and... More

We had heard about the reputation of Chuy's and decided to stop in and try it. We sat on the balcony on a beautiful spring day. Service was good. Portions are big. My only complaint was that because we were outside, the service lacked a little. If needed something, we had to wait until someone noticed us out there.

This is a place you can't go wrong! Love the chicken enchiladas with the Boom Boom sauce, the veggie enchiladas, the fajita combos, the combo plate, and any of the chile rellenos. Try their green sauce to dip your chips in. So yummy. There are several different types of sauces you can top your enchiladas with, too. Enjoy the fun... More

The Thursday night special of chicken enchiladas with green sauce, beans and rice were delicious and spicy. The service was efficient. But I was most impressed that the paper bag with our fork & knife had a prayer printed on it. Great way for a family business to bless their patrons.

Came to Waco on business for a week and was staying at hotel next door so figured I'd pop on in to Chuy's as I'm familiar with the chain being from Austin myself. Sat at the bar the first night and was treated with fantastic service by the the bartenders that night, Jimmie and Addison. They were each very attentive... More

The service was great and the food was average. Not terrible, just average Mexican food. Menu pricing is average

Reminds me of the old Chi Chi's chain from the mid 80's. Fun, casual atmosphere and good Mexican food. Nice selection of salsa's to accompany the complementary chips. Margarita and food - steak burrito and a taco salad - was very good.

I am not a real fan of Mexican food, but I ate there a few days ago. The menu is quite extensive, and the selections are well explained. By the size of the lines waiting to get in, It appears the restaurant is quite popular. Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Thank Jeanne D
