The steak here was beyond belief. Cooked perfectly just as I requested. I asked for a naked / no seasoning steak and that’s what I got. The 12 oz ribeye was larger than I expected. The atmosphere was as a steakhouse was supposed to be....More

Diamondbacks staff and decor was wonderful but the food was lacking. We were very disappointed with our meals the lamb, sea bass and chicken were good - not great. The tilapia and creamed spinach were a huge disappointment. Popovers were nice but overall our experience...More

This restaurant was pretty good, but it’s probably one of the best in Waco, because the restaurant choices there are very limited.

Relaxing, quiet, cozy, perfect music. Our waiter, Ike, gave us excellent service. Food was delicious and steaks were prepared as ordered. The dessert cart looked awesome, but after the wonderful salad, large baked potato,, and steak, even splitting dessert wasn't an option. Enjoyed Diamondbavk's very...More

The aesthetics of the building are very good; however, we found the overall atmosphere was a bit stuffy for a college town. The prices are also high compared to some of the other nearby places.More

We're disappointed you did not enjoy your experience. Although we are located near Baylor University, we are proud to be one of Waco's fine dining restaurants but we understand this atmosphere is not suitable to everyone's taste. We'd be happy to recommend our neighbor, Cricket's,...More

We were looking for a cool place to have a drink and appetizer. Found out the sushi was on special. The tuna roll was wonderful. Bartender friendly and attentive. Would love to come back and have dinner someday. Nice wine list.

We made a last-minute decision to dine there and had no problem without reservations... however, it was not a weekend night and it was earlier in the evening. Never hurts to call if you can.
