I went to Chef Point today to treat myself on my birthday. I ended up leaving without ordering a meal. It will be a while before I'll be back. This was my third or fourth visit. I moved to this area 6 months ago and noticed Chef Point on Google Maps. Coworkers raved about the place, and I came as... More

Wasn't quite sure if we were at the right place. Gas pumps and convenient store front threw us for a loop. Absolute best bloody mary I've had in a while. Great little hidden gym.

This used to be my favorite place to eat and I cannot begin to tell you how many out of town guests I've taken or directed there for a great meal and a great experience. We recently had some out of town associates fly down here to attend a meeting and I took them to Chef Pointe. When we got... More

Chased this place down after an internet search for local restaurants that had been featured on TV. A review said a former gas station converted to a restaurant - you can still buy gas there - but cash only. As you enter it looks like you are going into a normal C-Store. A desk/counter to the right and on the... More

My kids moved to the Dallas area over two years ago, and we have been talking about going to this place every time we come into town for a visit. Last Friday we finally made it. Let me start by saying if you didn't have a GPS you would definitely miss it, small sign over door way, however there are... More

I don't think I savor the experience like others do. Pricy food in a blue collar atmosphere. I guess it's supposed to be cool, but I thought it felt overpriced.

We went on a Thursday evening and expected it to be full of people. It was actually not packed at all! We were seated right away. The staff were friendly and kept up with refilling out drinks/clearing out table. The menu has lots of good stuff. A few of the things that are listed on the menu connected to this... More

Worst meal after 2nd chance to fix it. Fish overcooked and dry; covered with awful sauce. Increase in meal price after had vegetables and left off crabmeat. Second time at restaurant to give them another chance. I will not return. And will agree with reviews from friends in area - not a good restaurant.

Went for lunch after a long abscence to check it out. We were slightly disappointed on the lunch. We had the mussels for an appetizer, that were quite good but we were not offered any bread to go with this dish. We asked the waitress about this and she did not know that you normally have bread or frites with... More

One of the finest restaurants in the world. Travel anywhere you wish their chicken piccata can't be beat.
