Used to eat here often...call in order and pick up. Food is ok, but there are many more taquerias that do the exact same thing. It can get very crowded and you must wait a while. Waiters are friendly, but not in a hurry.

Husband saw menu on wall all in spanish and told me 'I'll have what you're having' though menu was small and with pictures. He thought the meat was the best he'd ever had. Large portions, great prices.

And the parking lot is always busy w people coming and going. Seems to be one of the most popular texcafes in Weslaco. I wrote the other review about it having the most ever demerits ever in Hildago, but couldn't change it.

We stopped in on this place in the middle of "downtown" Weslaco on Texas Route 88 a mile or two south of US83 because the parking lot was jammed with pick-up trucks, a good sign to us.
