We were traveling through Wharton and looking for a lunch spot. I recognized the Los Cucos name from our hometown restaurant but we had never tried it. We both ordered combination meals and found the food quite tasty. The cheese enchiladas were very good. The beef fajita enchiladas were good but we would have preferred flour tortillas for those. The... More

Often travel to Wharton on business. Eat here often. Haven't had a bad meal other than the taco salad. Lettuce not chopped and not real good. Some servings are large. Be hungry.

Busy restaurant. Food was good and service was excellent. Turn off when a I saw a roach crawling on the table. Management needs to keep the restaurant clear of bugs. I will not return.

Our table was under a ceiling vent that dripped from air conditioning. This is a health hazzard especially if it gets into the food or drinks. When we pointed this out, the attitude appeared to be "so what it's dripping" and the best our server would do is to have us both sit on the opposite side of the table... More

Decent food . Nothing spectacular. I like how they add veggies in their rice. Their tortilla soup is more like a vegetable soup, but still good. My order was wrong so I can't give a fair review on my chilli relleno. (It was overflowing with mushrooms and I don't like mushrooms). The pepper was a nice size. I still got... More

We found this place on trip advisor and decided to try it out! The outside doesn't look like much but the inside was really nice! They were very acomidating to our child! The food and service was great and we will be going back for sure!

This place is good. Dining alone sitting at the bar, good service. The place is full on Tuesday night. The Charo beans are fantastic. Ordered 3 tacos. Beef is smoky, shrimp is fresh, fish is not talipia, thank goodness. Don't eat talipia. Taco shells thick and not soaked with grease. Very large menu Monday Tuesday margaritas special. I'll be back.

The service at Los Cucos is incredibly quick and friendly. I've been there for lunch and dinner multiple times. The restaurant is usually crowded (especially from 12-1 pm and 6-8 pm) but the food and drinks are delivered quickly. The menu is the most extensive I've seen in any Mexican restaurant, which is good in that my wife and I... More

This restaurant has a dining area that hangs over the bank of the Colorado River and I'm told it is gorgeous. I'm not sure because it was dark but the customer in the next booth told me it was and that there were dolphins playing in the clear water. All I could see was pitch black darkness but I will...
