Not sure what happened since my last visit. Tray line was filthy, mostly empty food bins with old crusted food. Staff with soiled uniforms. Nothing was clean. Recommend you immediately start paying attention to details!

We've been to multiple locations of Costa Vida... all seem to be alike in their menu and quality. Just good fresh food. We specially like their sweet pork.

The South Ogden, Utah location provides consistent service and quality food. They make a very good smothered burrito and I really enjoy their sweet pork salad. If you had a bad experience at another location, I'd say give this one a try.
