More than reasonable pricing and perfectly done steaks make for a dining experience that can't be beat. If you go for Prime Rib be prepared to be blown away...also perfectly done, Great menu and beverage selections

We got there late at night and the late night menu was terrible. The prime rib was cold and bad and the hamburger was just so hard it was impossible to eat.

The food here has been consistently good. We've tried several things off the menu and its all been excellent. We like the variety of food offered, along with the extensive bar. We have never been disappointed. It can get busy, and the table service in the bar not quite as prompt or friendly, but that's a mild complaint. We usually... More

Great menu and perfect steaks without the price of other places in town. We were told a 45 minute wait and only waited 15 minutes. The cocktails and wine selection met our needs and the menu was just what we were looking for. It was actually hard to choose a side dish for the options. We split a dessert to... More

Food was great, so was cocktail and dessert! Hey, it was Friday PM, and the place was busy, but we felt rushed to leave. Would come here again, but perhaps later so we could linger more.

Ate here while spending a week skiing in Park City, Utah. Park City, especially the Old Town, can be expensive but considering that Butcher's was fairly reasonable. I had the filet which was cooked perfectly. Service was attentive. The bar area can be crowded after the slopes close. A reservation is probably a good idea.

This place was fantastic...truthfully the best brussel sprouts I've ever eaten. Bone in was top notch as well. Highly recommend this place as an escape from the day skiing.

Butchers' name tells what this place is about: Delicious steaks and sides. Top end steaks do not come cheap of course.

This was a nice place to go after a long day of skiing. It offers a great looking menu of steaks, appetizers, drinks, beers and desserts. I had a great burger, steak and beer and did not spend a lot of money. Would like like to go back.

Thank Mark N
