Pros: *Nice atmosphere *Great food -- the charcuterie & cheese plate is fantastic, the salmon and sous-vide fried chicken were wonderful, and the kids grilled chicken plate was literally the BEST item I have ever seen on a kids' menu - perfectly done chicken and delicious vegetables at a fantastic value. *Friendly and knowledgeable service -- very professional, unlike many... Although listed on the menu, they did not have Moet & Chandon. Food was decent, but everyone's food came out at a different time. Had to ask for dressing more than once. Salmon was underdone. Will not go back.

My husband and I dined at Powder for lunch while on a ski trip, based at the Canyons. The overall experience was relaxing. The tables are spaced far enough apart that you can actually have a private conversation. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and mostly what I enjoyed was lingering after lunch, deep in conversation, confident that... More

Our family enjoyed a recent trip...had a number of meals here over the course of a week. Selection is great for adults, somewhat limited for our kids.

Powder in the Waldorf is a must stop when considering place to eat in Park City, The hotel is situated in the Canyons at the base of the mountain. The restaurant Powder is great and the service is excellent. Make sure if the weather is right to sit outside but before doing that, stop at the bar for a drink... More

Beautiful restaurant, great ambience at the Waldorf Astoria for a candlelit dinner. The pork belly appetizer had the perfect balance of crunch and tasty pork goodness. Laura, our server, was expertly attentive and spot-on with her suggestions. The bread pudding dessert was unforgettable. I normally can't stand bread pudding after the first bite; I'm not a fan of the texture,... More

This place remains one of my favorites and is always consistent in quality and service!!! Great setting situated right by the lift makes for a great lunch when one wants to take a break from skiing. The Waldorf Astoria Park City is a luxurious property. We had dinner at Powder on our first night in Park City. It was the perfect setting. The dining room was a warm, cozy atmosphere. We started with salmon sashimi and the pork belly. Both excellent recommendations from our very attentive waitress named Laura. The salmon sashimi serving was beautifully presented... More

The food here is consistently good. Honestly the best Burger in Park City. The breakfast is good. I can't complain too much about the prices, as they are fair for the area and being in the Waldorf, so I am still giving this place excellent. The menu has changed some since our last visit, but it was most of the... More

While we stayed at the Waldorf this was our breakfast place. Breakfast here is good, but it is expensive for the amount of food you get. What we did find most disappointing about this restaurant is that their hours did not actually match what was listed online. We had to leave no later than 7:15am one morning as we were... More
