I love this setting, I love the menu and the food preparation (shrimp salad is dressed perfectly), but what made this lunch the best (besides our ideal table), was Jamison. This guy just gets it. Prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable - a perfect representative of St....More

The Deer Valley experience is top notch. Pure class. You know what’s great? Taking a skiing break at St Regis to warm up with a spiced Bloody Mary. Prop your feet up outside or enjoy the Maine Mussels Marinière inside. Jessica will take care of...More

We stopped off at the St. Regis after a day of family skiing at Deer Valley. We noticed the fire pits outside, so my wife and I grabbed a beer at the bar, and the kids went outside with free hot chocolate and made s'mores...More

From the cold, lumpy fondue to the overpriced crappy bar food, the St. Regis has nothing to offer. Go for sunset champagne sabering then run away!

The food is from J&G so it's definitely good, but the bloody mary is out of this world. Get their signature bloody mary with the black salt and extra hot sauce pipe - I crave it everytime I go there.

Great place to grab lunch on the Mtn, ski in/out. If the weather is nice you can sit outside on the deck. Great food and drinks, as well as service.

A perfect place to get a drink after skiing! The service was amazing. The sunset saber of the champagne was a fun thing to watch. Will go back!

This bar is EVERYTHING and definitely a must if ever in park city. From the views to the bartender, to the drinks, to the food. I’ve never been to a place that I felt so comfortable. Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed the Bloody Mary made famous by, and invented at, the NY St. Regis. It was spicy and great. The next day, so enamored were we, that we returned and had the ginger Margarita. Now that is a different and really tasty libation. Can't...More

I have never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life. After attending the outdoor concert series we took the tram up to the bar. When we arrived one of the two remaining bottles that we had brought to the concert had broken....More

I am not sure if they are trying to reserve a cottage at St. Regis or from an independent. I reviewed the bar and did not stay at the hotel. I would recommend contacting the hotel for room/cottage reservations.

Description
The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.
