12:30 on a Friday, walked in ski boots from the slopes because we saw a "now open" sign earlier on the way to parking. Take the damn sign down if you're not in business!!

Yes to another amazing restaurant at The Canyon Village at Park City. So funny though, there is never anyone working here and nobody answers the phone. Why even have it? Can not even eat here so why list it as a restaurant? Too bad.....
Great food, chef personally came out to get review. The service was very warm and flexible making things that aren't even on the menu. Looking forward to going back!
Do I have to give this place any rating? It really deserves a minus rating. I have eaten at the Bistro for at least 5 seasons. This season the prices were 25% higher than previous years. A $29.00 burger? Served with out ketchup? Who brings...More
The Prime folks should be ashamed of themselves for serving the lowest quality Kosher food I have ever tasted, at the highest prices I have ever paid. The Chicken Soup was tasteless and cold, the beef dish tasted like rubber and even the wine was...More
Not sure why anyone would give this restaurant any review other than outstanding, but Chefs Kevin Little and David Kolotkin offer a masterful range of wonderful cuisine from delectable appetizers (salmon cakes) and arugula salad (with a light dressing) to mains that included rosemary mustard...More

Great service, delicious food. A terrific Kosher option in Park City. Would definitely go again. Same owners as Prime in NYC.
We all really liked the food at this place. It was a little too fancy for my 9 and 5 year old, but with an early reservation, it worked out fine. We'd definitely dine there again.
