If you're into craft beers then you should defiinitely check this place out. Right on Main St at end of town, Wasatch has a list of beers for everyone. Our favorites were the Devastator Double Bock, the Polygamy Porter and a seasonal Jalapeno something was good as well. The food wasn't too shabby either!

Very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Great kids' menu. The beer was only $13 per pitcher for delicious craft brew. The appetizers and main courses were absolutely delicious and satisfying. You can come as you are to this place. People dressed very casually, some still in ski/snowboard clothes. It should not be missed on your Park City restaurant tour.

We were tired and hungry from skiing and needed a late lunch burger. Four of us had the Buffalo Buger. It was done right, served hot and delicious. I had the salad but my friend had the tator tots. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. I had a cocktail. The other guys has craft beers. All good. Everyone... More

Three of us went to dinner after a day of skiing and were hungry for beer and burgers. We were disappointed in all three beers we tried, and my husband likes all beer, so that is saying something. Also, we waited and waited and waited for the food, we are pretty sure they completely lost our order and didn't want... More

We dined for lunch here last week and sat in the bar area. While the bar area is small, it was lively. The fried pickles were excellent and the dipping sauce was good. I ordered a BLT sandwich with tots. The tots were just ok, but my husband had a burger and he said it was very good. Our waitress... More

Did I mention that I am tired of "craft-beer"? - Between the two of us, we tried six different beers, none of them were any good. We only ordered an appetizer, it didn't rise above mediocre, so we decided to have dinner elsewhere. The pub seems to be very popular, so I assume that it's just our taste that does'nt... More

After a great day of skiing Park City we wandered in to Wasatch Brew Pub to "rehydrate" and relax and were glad we did. The three of us started with a flight of "tasters" and sampled 8 of their local beers at 50 cents a taste. What a great way to experiment without being overcharged for a beer you may... More

I had my Birthday Celebration at the Wasatch Brew Pub. We (Me, my wife and 4 teenage daughters) parked in paid parking next to the brew pub. The parking is ridiculously cheap. We walked into the place and waited 5 minutes to be seated. Because we were a family, they seated us in the family section away from the bar.... More

Description
"Where's the beer? Where are the breweries?" Those were among the first thoughts Greg Schirf had after moving to Utah from Milwaukee in the early 80's. Incredibly, drinking and brewing were all but forbidden. Greg took matters into his own hands and did what any self-respecting midwesterner would do: He started a brewery. Wasatch was the very first brewery in Utah - and one of the first craft brewers in all of the U.S. - brewing award-winning brews since 1986. In 1988, Greg Schirf proposed another bill to the Utah Legislature making brewpubs legal in Utah and opened the first brewpub at the top of historic Main Street in the resort town of Park City. Wasatch continues to misbehave, turning out naughty beer after naughty beer year after year.
