Pretty good Mexican food, cheap, what else could you say. Burrito was kind of meh, but the tacos were really good. They need to marinate the Asada longer.

End of the ski day, plenty of hungry kids and adults, couldn’t beat it (even for 4x the price). Full, authentic menu, salsa bar was amazing.
I live in TX and this was great. Best Burrito, enchiladas were great. The fish tacos wonderful. Great salsa bar. Food was great.

Love this place for a family meal in Park City Utah. What a local favorite. A foody place. Not the best looking but all of the effort is in the fine ingredients and flavor. A must stop on our ski trip to Deer Valley.
Definitely on the 'must stop by and indulge' list. Excellent food at an excellent price. The salsa bar is phenomenal. Personal favorite is their quesadilla. Can't go wrong with guacamole and chips. Turn over is quick so don't be discouraged if the tables are full....More
This place was hopping, but food was just ok. Daily special, fried talapia, was good! Cheese enchiladas we're not good, cheese wasn't even melted! Fish tacos we're just okay. Soup was average. We won't be back.
I went for lunch and ordered a chile relleno and a carne asada soft taco. The chile was too firm and stuffed with an enormous amount of cheese. It was served with corn tortillas, rice and beans, which I only tasted... The taco was boring......More
Being a bit of a Mexican foodie snob, I go to Mexican places with my eyes open, and my mouth discerning. El Chubasco is not 100% authentic Mexican food. For that, you need to go down to Rose Park or Kearns. However, the food was...More
During the film festival here, this popular local's TEX/MEX restaurant is a good, quick place to fuel up between films. The food is fine, nothing spectacular, the best part being their salsa bar with over 12 homemade and very authentic salsas to choose from. You...More
