Had dinner there with co-workers and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the Enchiladas with sweet potato fries. Both were very tasty. My co-workers had the Hog Jowl Tacos, Green Chile Stew and the Southwestern Caprese. The service was outstanding, taking time to explain the dishes to those who hadn't dined before. Prices were reasonable.

The atmosphere is awesome, but I didn't think my food was that great. I got chicken enchiladas and honestly did not care for them. I've definitely had better. However, my husband loved his burger, and we both loved the cactus lemonade. You have to try it!

I have been a few times. I've never been to a Native American restaurant before. The food was good. The lemonade was amazing.

I really enjoyed Black Sheep Cafe. I had been told to try this place so many times that my fiancé and I had to go. We did not have a reservation, and had to wait for a seat for some time, so I definitely recommend calling ahead and I didn't mind waiting at all. We were initially surprised that people... More

We finally made it here after many years of talking about it. We followed the recommendation of the Female Foodie blogger and ordered the green child frites as an appetizer. We also tried to order the blue burger but were shot down since it was only a lunch option...totally bummed and disappointed. I ended up getting the bison burger and... More

This spot in downtown Provo is very popular for both lunch and dinner. It's self described as American food with a Native American twist. The fry bread was good. The burgers were as well. The multiple varieties of fries we're also excellent and plentiful. The menu is distinctly unique. Might suggest a lunchtime visit as my only knock is it's... More

Found The Black Sheep Café by accident while cruising down N University Ave. looking for dinner. It was wonderful. Great drinks--we had margaritas, regular margaritas with a pink salt the first night and the cactus margaritas, which are ;pink in color and delightful, the next day for lunch. Navajo menu. No fish, but great bread (we had the frybread), soup... More

This is the third time I have been to Black Sheep Cafe and I have been pleased every time. The food is very flavorful, reasonable price, and the service is very good.

Perfect lunch spot close to the convention center. Creative take on a taco-Indian fry bread replaces the tortilla. I had the BBQ pork. So yummy. The cabbage slaw added just the right amount of crunch. Very nice and efficient wait staff.

Journeyed with my husband on a work trip. After he gave a talk at BYU one of the faculty members recommended we meet at this spot for dinner. What an incredible surprise! While I doubt this was fully Navajo cuisine, it is Navajo-inspired. You are a lot of farm-fresh items on the menu, meat- and bread-heavy with items like "pork... More
