Average, typical not my favorite place in town. It's ok, but if you're expecting great Mexican, there's lots of other options in town.

My husband and I had great smothered burritos for lunch. I had shredded beef with red sauce and he had shredded chicken with green sauce. We agreed mine was the better of the 2. The chips were great as was the salsa (mild, white girl salsa I call it, but good). We have been eating here for years but NOW... More

Worst chili relleno ever - tasted like it had been previously frozen. The rest of dinner was very ordinary. Won't be going back.

Nice views, inviting exterior walkway and interior. The beef taco was good, with just the right spice. i didn't care for the beans which came in a cup shape with a glop of "cheese" in the middle. Not very appetizing to me. Portions are good, lots of ala carte options and dinners. Liquor prices are high - $3.75 for an... More

We go to Paula's quite frequently for certain Mexican foods such as a good Taco Salad, or other specialty items. The service is good usually and atmosphere is typical Mexican style. I would say that this restaurant could use a bit of UPGRADING on Cleanliness to make it a better experience.

We love going here as it has great views of the city and the food is really good. You get a lot of food for the price. The homemade bean dip is awesome.

We have been going to St. George for years as my husbands family are locals. Paula's used to be a favorite so we decided to stop in. I'm pretty sure every sauce, including the salsa came from a can. The food was honestly terrible and the place just looks run down. Really disappointing. Paula would be sad. When we told... More

Small cities have a large variety of Mexican restaurants to please all tastes; " bad pizza is better than no pizza" usually applies to Mexican food also. In 44 yrs. my husband and I have eaten Mexican food from coast to coast, North to South, some of it better than others. Paula's is up there with the worst. Location and... More

We had never tried this place so we wanted to give it a shot. Seriously this was the weirdest experience we have ever had. In our chips and salsa my wife finds a long hair in it. Mmm so tasty 😣. If that wasn't bad enough in my "mexican pizza"(which didn't have beans, and the chicken was cold) I found... More
