They had me at felafal...Cedars does a reasonably priced and tasty lunch...no dancing or smoking though...Reserved for dinner (fri-sat 7-on)...hummus and felafel "mezza" were perfect...bread edges still soft and warm...C and I shared the lamb tagine...could have eaten it all night...sad not to order the many Moroccan dishes...wait staff was charming...coming back I'm on weekend for hookah. Great find for... More

Great place to take a group and eat "family style". We were a group of 9 and therefore got to literally taste almost everything on the menu. It was great for the meat eaters as well as the vegitarians. The flavors were authentic and extremely well prepared and presented. The cost is half of a fancy steak house and the... More

This is a family run business. I have eaten here numerous times and I love the menu. My favorite is actually the lentil soup and anything with yellow squash. There is a parking structure nearby. This is the type of place where you might want a reservation.

I had first heard about this restaurant when it opened and was covered on the local news but it was not until much later that I actually visited. Neither I nor my date had ever had Lebanese food before and our waitress did an excellent job explaining the menu and helping us make a selection. We went on a weekday... More

Started out poorly. Our first interaction with our waitress was when she walked up and asked if we were ready to order. Problem was, we didn't have any menus. We ordered an appetizer, This took an hour to get. When my wife ordered, she was told that they no longer cooked that dish, Not a deal breaker. We both ordered,... More

It has been a few months I'm here in SLC and today me and my husband decided to try some middle eastern food. I always wanted to try their kabobs and pita breads. So we went to Cedars of Lebanon for taste of Lebanese, Greeks and Armenian flavors of mixture. Since we already knew what we wan, I tried their... More

The service was warm and informed. If you aren't familiar with middle eastern food the server was very helpful. The food was delicious. A good representation of middle eastern cuisine.

The food here is amazing and highlights the different regional flavors that you encounter between the different meditterean countries. This is done with an armenian twist. The chicken tangine was so good (and so much) that i had it for breakfast the next day.

Consistently good and delicious every time. We always go for the lunch buffet and find it well-priced, fresh and easy to enjoy. The hot foods are chosen well for diversity and the salads are fresh. Of course, try the hummus, the moussaka and curried chicken for starters….then branch out. They also have fast favorites like gyros if you are on... More

I confess I like belly dancers. Cedars has dancers every Friday and Saturday, so we time our dinner to catch the show. The food is also very good and reasonably priced, so this makes a great night out. On our latest visit, we tried appetizers tabboule and baba gannouj, both excellent. I could make a vegetarian meal on just these.... More
