We enjoyed burgers, soups, and dessert. The Brussel sprouts were surprisingly delicious. We had the crème brulee for dessert. It was good but not great. Overall, however, we very much enjoyed it.

We had been driving for hours from Colorado through some of the most isolated land we had ever driven through. Seeing Vernal Brewing Company felt something like seeing a mirage. This very stylish building was completely unexpected, out of place and welcome. We were equally...More

They were short on staff as it was Thanksgiving weekend but we weren't in any hurry to be any where. The chicken gyro was delicious and the Mama's Milk Stout beer was great. I look forward to returning in the future and trying more of...More

We love the food at Vernal Brewing. Sort of eclectic, no-traditional brewery style food. Not the typical burgers, etc. More fine dining. Great beers, too!!

We ate here several years ago and enjoyed- did this time also. Pleasant atmosphere and decent service. Good selection of burgers and other items. One of us had a burger- very good and the other the stacked enchilada plate- "didn't love" but OK. Good selection...More

Vernal is a small town that's had its ups and downs with the fortunes of the energy industry. Apparently right now it's in a bit of a down cycle. The town is long and narrow with numerous aging businesses. We expected to find a local...More

Me and my wife decided to stop by this restaurant based on other reviews from TripAdvisor. We are glad we did. I had their ‘chicken pot pie’ and my wife had the “stacked enchilada”. Both were fantastic. I got one of their home brewed sodas...More

Brenden took my telephone call when I inquired about this place. His description of the beers sold me on the quality of this place. Our server was prompt and attentive, maybe a bit too attentive. The Fried Brussels Sprouts with Bacon were the best we've...More

We got the special and the smothered fries. The fries weren't fully cooked and the special was served to us cold. Had the food been served hot and properly cooked it still wouldn't have been worth the $37. We ate here last year when we...More

Description
Nestled in downtown Vernal, Utah within the heart of Uintah County is a craft beer brewery and gastropub that is an icon of the area. In addition to brewing and canning quality craft beers to be sold in-house and distributed across Uintah County and the Salt Lake Valley, we host a restaurant/gastropub with dining options ranging from comfort food and appetizers to local favorites. Exceptional food, craft beer and a place to enjoy it with friends and family is something that owner, Ginger Bowden, has always gravitated towards. This love fueled Ginger's passion and desire to create a unique experience for the Uintah Basin. Welcome to the Vernal Brewing Company. We're happy to serve you and strive to give you a great dining experience!
