Went to Leunig's on a recommendation from the B&B that we were staying at in Burlington. They definitely didn't steer us wrong. We got there before 5:30pm and they had some wonderful specials. The two that we picked were Beef Burginoine and Chicken with pasta. Both dishes were delicious. Would definitely recommend the food here. The service was a little... More

Tasty food, well prepared. Great Cocktails. You feel like you are in a Bistro, very nice ambiance. I am a local have been dining here for 25 years. Prefer to visit at less crowded times. Great lunch spot, also a fine spot to sit at the bar. This is a Burlington institution, extremely gracious staff and owners.

This is one of the more pleasant restaurants in downtown Burlington. They have a combination of French and American and also provide a children's menu. If the service was *much* more pleasant, I would have given it 5 stars. Host can be particularly rude.

It is a great place to dine in downtown Burlington. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and atmosphere. The food is delicious. It is impressive they use produce from local farms.

We were in Burlington for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday, and based on TripAdvisor reviews, I selected Leunig's for my birthday dinner. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated immediately at a table in the back room, which was exactly what I had requested: a window table in the corner. Our server was efficient,... For years, we have visited Burlington, but never made it to Leunig's. Finally, we had lunch here last week. The menu is quite varied, but not inexpensive. The food was good, service was good, but nothing outstanding. My medium burger was served raw so it had to be recooked. It was perfect the second time, but the rest of the... More

Three of us had a delightful lunch there on a Tuesday at about 1:30. Though crowded, we were seated quickly in a room up the side street. This room had garage style window walls, that opened and closed. I imagine very nice in warmer weather. I had the triple oyster dish--I can't remember its name--three on the half shell, three... We were 2 couples out to celebrate New Year's Eve. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. The wait staff were prompt and helpful. The food came incredibly fast and was as good as we hoped. The cost was spot on for the quality and quantity. I have eaten there before and will eat there again.

Food is interesting, really good French food. Get the Leunig salad (lots of surprises) and pumpkin soup, apple tart.

This place seems to be a staple in the Burlington downtown area. We had no problem getting a seat and the service was great! The food was very large portions, but everything was delicious!
