Since reservations are impossible, we had to choose an off night and an off time. That was fine so we could walk right in. Service was rather good. Pizza? You need to know that I like my pizza traditional Italian. I added the sausage which...More

It is all about the pizza. Fabulous thin crust from a wood fired oven. Great toppings. Had to wait on a Tuesday night so Saturday must be real bad but well worth the wait. I will be back as often as I can.

Every time I visit Burlington, I make a stop at A. Flatbread. Fresh, local ingredients and family ambiance are always there and the joyful waiters makes you almost forget the waiting time. Going to American Flatbread is like going in a picnic with Vermonters ....More

We had a great time here trying a great variety of beers and the food was great too. One of the best parts was the ability to buy 8oz pours for $3. We spent several hours here are our bill was the lowest of anywhere...More

Just in front of Burlington's Famers' Market, good choice of beers (Zero Gravity Craft Brewery), delicious flatbreads (make sure to pick one with their renowned wood-fired cauldron organic tomato sauce!) and superb terrace. A must try, second time here and would go back. Bon appétit!

I ate lunch at American Flatbread with my daughter on the weekend. It was great pizza - the kind that has cracker-thin toasted crust. The toppings, sauce; everything was great. I would eat there again. The service was good and friendly.

From the outside it's not so appealing but one your are inside it's a totally different thing. The pizza oven is quit something and the food itself is pretty good. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely need a group of 12 to make a reservation. Has to be either an early lunch or early dinner (5 PM) reservation. Enjoy!

Yes, if you go before 8p. Not because it is raucous or anything - it just gets very crowded. The menu has food that will appeal to a kid if any age. Enjoy- make sure you try some of the local beers they have on tap- great... More
