Incredible staff, stellar food, rich coffee, with an understated excellence. Tomato basil bisque is better than grandma used to make. The sandwiches are substanial and well thought out. And the desserts...... Holy wonderful! Get the key lime pie.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by that unmistakable aroma of quality emanating from the wide open kitchen flanked up against the back wall. The appetizer I ordered consisted of smoked trout, creamy white spread, toasted bread and a gingered jam - all created to match and compliment each other. My entrée, the Chicken and Shrimp picatta consisted of... More

We chose to eat here because their signage indicated homemade, Fresh food. Lovely owner who made us feel very welcome and accommodated gluten free requirements. Good sized portions but not ridiculous. Although we ate early, by the time we left, it was full of locals, always a good sign.

Just walking into Sweet Basil Cafe is welcoming and we always feel at home. Reservations are honored and we usually get our favorite table. The food is delicious. My husband lives for Chipolte Chicken Salad or the Masala. I like to sample all of Delise's new additions...or standbys; trout appetizer, artichoke dip, piccata, scampi. The smell inside on a winter... More

Popular restaurant with locals using fresh local produce when available And homemade desserts. Tasty Mexican & delicious dinner salads along with changing entrees & drink specials. Quirky relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff and great service. A great place for families or to meet friends.

Have eaten here several times over the years. Food is wonderful. So many good things, it's hard to choose. Best of all, most of the menu is very healthy, yet scrumptious , which rarely happens to me . Highly recommend. Staff is really fast & friendly. Check out hours of operation. They close at 2pm for lunch mostly. Worth the... More

Excellent range of vegetarian and non vegetarian sandwiches: range of fresh breads and fillings. Good range of cheeses and other vegetables in rather large portions. Had we known it was open in the evenings, we would have gone there for our evening meal as the menu looked particularly good for groups of vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

This small store front restaurant has excellent food and great service. We had a group of 10 and everything was received in short order. We all felt the food was exceptional. We especially enjoyed the Tomato Basil Soup - one of their specials.
