We went Sunday night at 4:30pm shortly after they opened. It filled up fairly fast. I started with a spinach salad which was quite good. I had the Baked scallops and baked potato. It came with broccoli. It was cooked perfectly. Don't come here if...More

My family and out-of-state family love going here. I always order the pork chop with maple glaze and maple cream pie. It is like the Wiloughby Lake of VT, a hidden gem.

There aren't a lot of options in little Montgomery Center, but this is restaurant is a good option while visiting or passing through. Not much to look at from the outside, but quality food on the inside. We all had different options and were more...More

My wife and I took our 8 year olds for dinner after spring skiing! What a wonderful gem just minutes from Jay Peak! The food was awesome, the service was fast and very friendly.

Third visit and 5 ⭐️s yet again! Perfect garlic shrimp starter, Succulent blackened salmon for me, juicy blackened chicken and linguini for my husband, no way was my daughters mac and cheese out of a box and my picky eater youngest loved her spaghetti and...More

Not what is used to be. maybe is management. Lost the vibe. Totally riding the wave of its legendary previous life. The smell of entitlement by the staff is in the air, as if we are the lucky ones to be here on this night...More

Ate here first time after 5 trips to Jay. I'd go here before any of the resort places now. A little dark but food was very good.

It's a very charming, rustic, friendly, former small school house, turned into a quaint family-friendly eatery with small bar. The locals swear by it. Our experience was mixed. We went on two consecutive midweek nights (school vacation week), ordered different foods. We all felt it...More

Very friendly staff. Place is a bit dark and dreary. Food is ok, a lot of fried stuff. I had the pork, which was good but nothing special. The twice baked potato is really (too!) filling, there should be more potato and less butter/cream/milk.

Large menu excellent seafood and steaks. Great service, awesome sunset. This is a small establishment and it fills up fast after the lifts close.

If you get there before 17:00hrs, yes. However, any later that would be a definite NO!!! It is not a big place but the back room has tables that can be put together. I have seen parties of about 12 people accommodated.
