We have had lunch here several times, but recently enjoyed dinner from The Back Room. Kevin, the chef/owner is creative and talented! Highly recommend this restaurant!

This is one of my favorite places to visit. It's an adorable country store with great bits and bobs, groceries, alcohol, and also a deli and restaurant. The soups, food, and sandwiches are great! Wonderful breakfasts, as well. Great, cozy little spot perfect for skiers just off the slopes.

I stopped in for a quick breakfast bite & was pleasantly surprised at the choices offered. The breakfast was so tasty & the atmosphere so homey - I found myself staying much longer than expected! Great place & everyone there made you feel welcome. Just before leaving I grabbed a homemade dessert which was scrumptious. I will definitely stop back!

This is one of the businesses that was devastated by Hurricane Irene and managed to resurrect itself from that tragic flood. I first stopped in to buy something just to help them out, but wow was I pleasantly surprised by the reborn general store! Everything on the deli menu is fantastic and the friendly staff will modify anything to suit... More

This is a great stop on the way to Killington for a quick snack or a stop for lunch. They have a lot of options for vegetarian, paleo, healthy eaters and some amazing sandwiches for those of us that need a refueling. You can also get fresh juices made right there. Make a trip to the basement for some very... More

Beautiful countryside from Rutland to Montpelier but if you don't want to stop in Killington, you need to plan for lunch. This is an excellent stop. Good menu, nice staff, interesting place. Not a lot of inventory but at least not a lot of tourist junk. Good ham sandwich for me.

We just stopped here while on our way to Burlington. It has a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. We purchased a couple of items in the grocery store area and we looked over the menu. It looks very good and we will give it a try next time we are passing this way. You just cannot say anything bad about... More
