Our lunch here was a truly simple and tasty. A very small, very simple menu. They use home made bread from a local bakery that was wonderful! You can get a half or a whole sandwich to suit your hunger. The prices are good and service was great. We had a sandwich and a half, bowl of chili, chips, pickles,... More

We stopped at the Wilder House while visiting the Calvin Coolidge site. The restaurant was excellent. My wife and I both ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. The cheese was Vermont cheddar and the bread was locally baked. We also both ordered bowls of soup, also both were homemade. For dessert, I ordered the homemade rhubarb cobbler with maple walnut ice cream.... More

Didn't stay for lunch, but all the waitresses were friendly, it was cozy, and the lemonade was good!

Another little Mom and Pop original in one of the historic houses in Plymouth, VT. Homemade with local ingredients, and a very nice staff. A very quaint dining room too. We love places like this. NOTE: Thank you to the lady( customer) who gave me a sliver of the blueberry cobbler sample, when I was too full to get a... More

Dropping off our son at summer camp we needed to get him lunch before the departure! We stopped here were tentative to go in. Pleasantly delighted in their simple menu. The Grilled Cheese on Tomato Dill bread with Tuna was outstanding. They also had wonderful desserts (cobblers abound). ENJOY!

This is the only choice in Plymouth Notch, the birthplace and childhood home of Calvin Coolidge, the 30th President of the United States. Try the Chili. It is homemade on the premises by the owner and cook. It is excellent!!! Have a sandwich with it, and you will be satiated for the day. The atmosphere is rustic and pleasant. The... More

This charming little venue is in the Coolidge historical site, and is like stopping by the family farm for breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and seem to love interacting with customers. The menu is a bit limited, but that is because it is not a very big place and the staff is quite small. Breakfasts consist mainly of eggs,... More

If you visit the Calvin Coolidge historical site Wilder's is the place to go for lunch. Everything is home made. Grandma is the cook and she is a real down to earth gem. The waitress is her grand daughter, very pleasant and eager to please. We had a great split pea soup with ham and 1/2 a delicious chicken salad... More

We had lunch here while visiting the Calvin Coolidge homestead. The place had great sandwiches on homemade bread and wonderful, tasty homemade soups!
