Harrison's is what a restaurant should be. Warm, comfortable, quiet ambiance that's as good as the food. Great service and good drinks at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is excellent. We were only in Stowe 3 nights, and after going there the first night, we went...More

We could only get a high top, but it was worth it. Lovely basement hideaway--it feels like a find and it is.

Tucked away off Main St, this intimate gem is now our fav dinner spot in Stowe. Great service, fantastic food, and cozy ambience. Must try the large profiterole dessert - enough for 2-3 people to share and THE BESTTTTTTTT!

Perfect place to cozy up in the middle of a Nor'easter. Menu has choices to fit all palates - from grass-fed burgers to venison, tuna, swordfish, and gnocchi. I was delighted with my dish, and a plate of three profiteroles were perfect to share with...More

We arrived early for our reservation and landed at the bar. Andrew was whipping up drinks for some newlyweds, locals, and visitors such as my party of two. The Tomato Bruschetta appetizer was an easy decision, and it did not disappoint. I hadn't eaten venison...More

This restaurant is located in the basement of a building which gives it a little feeling from another era. I enjoy the artichoke and spinach dip but was less impressed by the vegetarian shepherd's pie (which was recommended). Service was great.

Reservations are highly recommended for this gem of a restaurant. Cozy, comfortable, warm atmosphere. Not very big restaurant, but very good quality. The caprese salad and Caesar salad sides were tasty and delicious. Steak tips cooked perfectly, and a nice tender cut of beef. Warm...More

My friend and I just spent a few days in Stowe and this restaurant was recommended to us. It’s a bit tucked in behind Main St and it’s downstairs. I’m not sure if they have an elevator. It has a cozy atmosphere. We didn’t have...More

Harrison's is way to small. You might try idletyme. They have a separate room. Also, trattoria le fiesta has a separate room. Biergarten at von trapp lodge does events as well! 😊

We ate downstairs so not sure - but yes there is an outside patio where I would have thought well behaved small dogs would be acceptable. They are a very friendly team tho - so best give them a ring and ask!
