Great place for a pint and a very nice crowd to eat and drink with. You can actually start-up conversations with other riders and skiers without feeling out-of-place. In fact, myself and my Family think Stratton resort is the most non-obnoxious, low-key, yet super chill resorts of all Southern Vermont. The trails, people and the resort is one of Vermont's... I'm reviewing this place considering it as a restaurant, not just an apres ski bar. At lunch I've had the white pizza, pizza Margherita (see photo) and the chicken sandwich (skip the fries and get the kale and quinoa salad. I'm not kidding). Service is fast and friendly when I come here midweek. I'm sure peak days are.crazy. This is... More

First time at this bar/restaurant and it was to see my fav local band Rebel Alliance! I wasn't sure what to expect there because I've never been. It was packed with people who were there for skiing and snowboarding. Even though they were packed the bartenders did an amazing job keeping up with drinks and orders. Lots of beer on... More

Extensive food and bar area that can absorb large numbers of people, and requiring a huge staff. Given this - the organization is actually pretty good and the food and drinks fair. Service will depend on the specific employee but we had good service. Grizzly's has a great location, great views of the mountain, and a captive clientele.

Nice selection of food, good for kids and nice selection of beverages. Down side - we sat next to the bar. You were sandwiches between the bar crowd and the traffic from the lodge area.

We skied for two days at Stratton and stopped for a light lunch at Grizzly's both days.It was very busy and crowded but we had a great waiter. Shout out to to Dave ("Be Breezy") He was very friendly. On the second day he remembered the type of beer our party ordered the day before. Food was good . Fun... More

Lindsey is the best wait person/ski friend! She found out info for us, put up with our varied appearances and table changing, never forgot anything! Oh by the way, the food is great too! And the special, holiday, 'create your own' Bloody Mary was not only excellent but fun! Clam chowder, and chili, with pretzel bites, a salad, and a... More

Was here during the Minus Zero festival, and it was a great spot to grab a beer and perch on the balcony to listen to the music. Balcony has great views! The bartender was really friendly and I was impressed with the beer selection given that it's a ski lodge bar.

The place is nice with a naive staff, the view is great with a giant window overlooking the mountain. The Food was very good but way too expensive for the prices.

We have been coming to Stratton for years. We were excited to see the changes at grizzlies, but we were a bit disappointed in them. We were also very disappointed in the prices on the menu and on the changed menu. The place has always been expensive and that was somewhat expected, but the prices are now exorbitant. $20 for...
