Wonderful BBQ! The best part of dinner apart from the BBQ were the blackened green beans, they were amazing!!

You will not be disappointed by the food here. I really enjoyed the burger. The beer list is great too. The food is a bit pricey, but it's good quality food. The burger was local grass fed beef and the fries were house made.

Lots of great beers to choose from, including theirs, but also really world class brews like Heady Topper, Hill Farmstead, and Lawson's Finest. This is also the place for meat/pork lovers, although there are some vegetarian items. Service was very prompt, and our food was very well prepared. Try the Craft Mac and Cheese, definitely worth it!

We were in Waterbury and wanted to get something good to eat. My son's friend lives near there and suggested we go. We absolutely were not disappointed. The apps and main courses were delicious and not pricey. It's a very busy little place so be prepared to wait a little while for a table if you go when it is... More

DH and I stopped here for lunch on the way to Burlington. Very busy on Good Friday. I enjoyed the GLT (guancale, fried green tomato and arugula ) . The sandwich could have used a little more G but it was good. DH had the special "sloppy joe" sandwich which was smoked bbq beef - very tasty. DH tried a... More

Been there a few times. The main restaurant opens at 5:00 pm but they serve lunch in the brewery at the back of main building. Great selection of beers. Great food too. I loved their mac'n'cheese with pulled pork. They don't take reservations and sometimes at night, you can expect some waiting.

Three different people recommended this place to use. After eating there I see why. I had the brisket and a few micro brews. My favorite was "Alchemist heady topper". They have over 100 beers to choose from.

My wife and I had dinner here and tried some of their own beers as well as a few on draft from other breweries. The staff was very flexible in building a few small plates to share so we could try a few different menu items. The style is essentially pig cooked in different ways, mainly southern barbecue style. We... More

My wife and I were in Waterbury for a weekend getaway and we both love BBQ. Needless to say we were not disappointed as the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. They have a huge beer selection and have thier own brewery behind the restaurant. The waitstaff was great! Very friendly and they take great care of you! We had... More

Plant-based Tempeh dish, completely destroyed in flavor, ingredients and content. Grease meal, the Blackened green beans were greasy and salty. The collar greens with bacon chunks and greasy so unhealthy. It is ashamed that restaurants like PP is making people sick and worse of all, they have no healthy options. I vote to put this restaurant out of business if... More
